Kathy was with us every step of the way to guide us. She looked out for us, making sure the seller did everything right and advocating for us all the way. I would 100% recommend her; she cares about her clients and made us feel very confident about such a big decision.

We listed our home around the time that multiple listings in the $400k- $500k range came onto the market. Even though the local market (in that range) had become saturated, Kathy would have numerous open houses, paid advertising, and use her marketing knowledge to bring us a fantastic offer which we accepted. We could not have been more happy with the service she provided.

She has helped with buy/and selling a few of my homes. Helping through every step of the process, even during the times of difficulty. I will call her next time I am in the market.
