This doctor refused to let rehab nurse remove splint to care for wounds caused by splint & cam boot he put on. Finally when the wound nurse demanded my mother see him again she had multiple wounds on her foot. He was extremely rude. I wrote a review, after my initial visit, which was positive; however today I had a horrible experience. Dr Erica Rasnow-Hill appeared to be very stressed out today. She was not professional, courteous or respectful to me and I left in tears. I had to ask her to lower her voice, when speaking to me and I had to ask her not to discuss my medical issues in front of staff and other patients. I...

The physician is amazing however, the receptionists are horrible. I have been hung up on many time and today I have called multiple times and the receptionist doesn't even answer. You could hear her talking as she picks up the phone and puts it back down hanging up on me. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
