CAN'T do attitude

Said they would call to make an appointment, didn't call just showed up unannounced. The whole time guy was there he was negative with a this is going to be hard attitude, not to mention rude. Referred to me as "Home Boy", I don't think so. Not the best place to use for custom glass work that involves thinking outside the box.
