We started out as satisfied customers, however that relationship quickly deteriorated to dissatisfied and we would neither return nor recommend Karl's to others. We bought 4 new kitchen appliances at Karls last week. The salesman was friendly and easy to work with. There were all kinds of rebates which helped to make the sale. He even lowered prices for us 2x which was great. We scheduled delivery and installation later that week. We purchased our entire kitchen in this store. They carry top of the line - high end and lower end product. We were able to shop in the Fairfield store and pay in this store to save on tax (at the time it was 3% tax in Orange - not sure if it still is). big store.
