I had the misfortune of working with Ms. Morris-Blake while she "treated" my mother. She was unavailable whenever I called to discuss my mother's care, would not communicate with her other providers (unless they addressed her as "Doctor", which she is not) and lastly, failed to renew prescriptions in a timely manner, forcing her to go without medication for days to weeks at a time.
