I recently took my car to this facility. I was treated with respect. They took my car the same day and gave me a ride to work. I have taken my cars to other body shops in the area and was treated like a number! I highly recommend kapple automotive. My car was nothing shy of perfection.

I have never been so poorly treated by any business anywhere in my life. The first repair took weeks and the "repair" of the repair has yet to happen. I have been ignored and lied to repeatedly and will make every possible effort to ensure that none of my friends take their work to this establishment. The owner will not return my calls and the front desk is the most disorganized mess I have...
