Excellent, dedicated marine service

This guy is terrible. Takes forever to return calls, if at all. Takes forever to complete work, takes forever to get bills to you but then expects you to drop everything and do whatever he wants when he wants. I will never call this guy…

Quick to respond to phone calls, questions, quotes and service. Fantastic job replacing an engine block after it froze and cracked over the winter. Very happy with original work and all follow up questions and maintenance. K&N understands that people love their boats. They treat the customers like they expect to be treated.. I'd be real happy to see these guys make it big in the LKN area.

I took my Mercruiser 3.0 in with a starter bolt that sheered off into the block. I was quoted for the job a number that I thought was very reasonable from the beginning. I knew it would be labor intensive as the outdrive had to be pulled and the engine lifted slightly.

I get a call from Jeff and he said my boat was ready and by the way it would be $350 LESS than he originally quoted!!! I was floored that he was so honest. This speaks volumes to the honesty, integrity and ethics that this outfit is built on!

I called and left a message but they got back to me w/in 24 hours. It was the middle of duck season and I needed my boat fixed fast. The problem was that I was in Utah on vacation. No problem: they said they would go to my house and fix it there if they could but if not they would take it to their shop, fix it and bring it back for no charge (no charge for the house call). They brought it back the day I returned from vacation and not only was the problem fixed, they did several other things (greased the trailer, checked the lights, etc) for no charge.
