Worst management company needs new employees

I have been dealing with this company for over 3 years. I have friends in other buildings with wonderful co-op management companies who handle their needs and complaints immediately. You have to send emails, call, send more emails, call again, speak to secretaries, and finally GO IN PERSON in order to get any type of help from these people. I use to think the complaints against the company by other building tenants were exaggerated..until i became a victim! We are paying them for them to treat us like annoying customers. Worst co op company ever! They don't seem to have any kind of organized structure. Its impossible to find out who is in charge. Because the rude receptionist wont tell. They are very nice until they get your money. The managers are rude and can't follow simple instructions, or requests. I ve seen shady businessmen operate a better business out of the trunk of their car.

I represent the Board of Directors for Dani's building, which is a co-op. Dani did not mention that she is a subtenant (sublet) in our building and problems are to be resolved by her landlord, who is the shareholder. The building's management is not authorized to make repairs to problems that are outside the walls of the apartment. In Dani's case, the toilet ultimately needed to be replaced.

The building super still spent 6 hours on a Saturday attempting to resolve the problem by snaking the line, etc. Just Mgt and the Board made numerous attempts reaching out to the shareholder to...

Just Management's Supers won't fix any problems

I live in one of the Just Management Buildings on 108th St in Queens. I have not had a working toilet in 2 days and the super won't fix it until next week. He told me to wait 4-5 days and then call him. Why does he think this will magaically fix itself? The toilet needs to be repaired and he refuses to do so. Just Management has done nothing to help me.
Find another management company that cares about its tenants.
