Everything you would expect from a professional NY chef with a Italian backround that was not only in style of cooking, but in culture, character and personal Values.
It was Emerald with out the need for the BAM.
Why, you ask? Because the BAM was was in the flavor of the food and the laughter of the experience.
Soulful and education, Chef Andy is a clear example of modern thinking in nutrition...

My bf and I just finished Chef Andy's cooking class. We had a blast and learned a lot! The food was amazing and his experience is invaluable! We will be back for a Menu 2!

I am a huge fan! The raw pizza is the best I have ever had and I've tried many. The grab and go dishes are also outstanding. I am vegan and eat a high raw diet.I recently took the juicing...
