My brother recently got a haircut here, and they completely messed it up. They did the opposite on what he asked for. When i called to get a refund, Juan had agreed to give me my money back. As soon as i got there, he and his coworkers were being very rude and arguing with me. Judging my brother and saying he needs to explain him self better ALTHOUGH my mom heard him explain himself very well....

I have been going to Juans hair Salon for the past 10 years. He has always been polite and his salon has a laid back atmosphere where you can feel comfortable while getting your hair cut. The other employees are always bright and cheerful and are very interested in doing your hair right. As long as Juans Hair Salon is in business I will be a customer.
