Selection of shoes is great , if a bit pricey (saw same shoes at Nordstrom and Macy's for $5-7 less). Had the WORST customer service there today. I had ordered a pair from their sister store Shi. Returned due to fit issues and manager denied me, saying they were worn. Well, yes, for 1 min. at my house! …

Really good service from the SM. picked up two pairs of Macbeths and Ill probably come back for some PF Flyers or Converse Hi-Tops. Outstanding help and attention. He brought out every shoe I asked for quickly and offered up alternated. When others came in he greeted them and helped everyone in a timely and professional way. I'll definately be back.

Got a few pais of shoes here! i liked it, one chick that worked here was RUDEEEEEEE but the other one, im bad with names but she had black hair that was thick...... she was really nice

This place is way easier that going to like 20 different stores to get shoes, because they have so many!! Roxy, Uggs, Converse, Vans and so much more. The service is really nice and totally helpful. They have also like every style. They are like the diverse store tons of different colors,styles,brands,sizes, and everything to make you unique.
