I just had my first experience with the chain. I bought two trio suits and a blazer, which were altered. I just picked them up and they look great. The manager is very helpful, remembered by name each time I came in and was helpful in offering to match some accessories (as any good salesperson should!). If the quality is as good as the reviews I have read say it is, I believe they are a great value as well. Time will tell, but I'm quite satisfied so far.
