Not a zen atmosphere...rookie waxing

She removed by waxing approximately 1/3 of my right eyebrow. No exageration. I was extremely angry and called to complain. They said my check would not be cashed however a month later it was sent through the bank. The atmosphere is loud and the staff is 3rd rate. Not very professional. I will not single out anyone, but the manager who I will not name has the class of a prison warden. Not a place you want to visit for a spa day. The other reviewers must be friends or employees. I predict they will not make it though 2010 at this location. I hear their lease will expire soon.
