NEVER RENT FROM THE WILLOW SPRINGS LOCATION. Daughter rented equipment that wasn't inspected before it was sent out. Broke down after 40 minutes of work. After someone came out to repair, broke down again after 4 hrs. Manager had terrible attitude tried to charge her for use for the entire weekend. Horrible customer service. BEWARE.
