I got a basic estimate on the phone from the shelby county office to get some work done. The price was good so I booked them. I planned the affordability of my bathroom remodel on them. Now, after I have other installers lined up, they call & say they will not do the work unless I use their tile man. I will never offer them a chance at my business again. EVER! Wish I could give 0 stars.

I woke up this morning with sewage in my bathtub. I did not know who to call but I have seen their yellow vans in the area. They were friendly and professional. They un-clogged my drain and everything was back to normal.

My family came back from vacation and found a flooded downstairs bathroom. I called John's Plumbing and they responded quickly. They replaced my ruptured water heater and the new one works great.

John's Plumbing harmed a ninety-year-old blind lady and a ninety-four-year-old man who cannot walk, neither of whom could inspect the work because of their disabilities. John's left their newly-installed pipes leaking and would not come back to fix the leak, uninstalled the clothes dryer and left it out in the middle of the basement floor where it could no longer be used and told us falsely...
