VERY BAD SERVICE! Very bad service store, people work here not friendly at all. I will definitely NOT come back to this store. I got piano books and need exchange, the book has never been used- not even open, but they refused exchange for me. BTW, their books very expensive, I recommend you buy online (amazon.com) much cheaper than Johnny Thompson music and more selection!

This place is horrible they know nothing about tube amps and guitars the fat bald guitar guy is an idiot he changed my gibson machine heads with some cheap chinese brand that they have and kept my old ones just cause they have a picture with zeppelin doesnt mean they know anything i give them another year till they go out of bussiness!!!!

I've been patronizing this store since I was in my teens, and now I'm in my late thirties. They've beat the competition all around them. They're the best store in a wide radius.
