If you could give it "0" stars I would. We ordered 6 pieces of pencil tile to top off some areas of our backsplash in the kitchen. It could not have weighed more than 2lbs. In the three conversations we had before the tile arrived did they ever mention a "FREIGHT" charge? NO! Very deceiving on their part. So, you can imagine my shock when I picked it up and was charged $30.00 for FREIGHT....

We had our tile worked on. They painted our tile. The floor looks great. Very professional. Kept to their quote.

Worst tile store ever. I've dealt with many over the years, and they all will take returns if you pay a small restocking fee. These people will not. If you buy it, you won't be able to return it for credit.

Stay away from this company!
