The worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. The wife is the "secretary" and has no manners. Rude on the phone, rude to my wife in person. Told we would get delivery on Wednesday, tried calling every 30 minutes from 0900 on to noon, never got an answer. Wife went to address listed in Yellow Pages and it was apparently their home.
