I had a terrifyingly traumatic experience with this doctor. I have PTSD and as I was describing my symptoms to Dr. Betz, he suddenly started pounding his fists on the desk, and he exclaimed a profanity as he yelled at me to be more specific and to be quick about describing my symptoms.
