If I were able to give a 0 star rating I would! He is unprofessional and unnecessarily rude! My husband and I have great jobs and great credit so I certainly don't mind answering questions such as the ones he was asking but I'm certainly NOT going to give personal information to a stranger who won't even give me an address to drive by the property and look at it before prequalifying. Bizarre behavior! Possible fraud? My next is step is to write a letter of complaint against any licenses John Cornwall may have (property management or realtor), if I had the rental property's address, I would...
