I've been getting microdermabrasion facials with Lillian at Joean for the past 5 months now. At first, my skin was dull with large pores. After going for 5 months, my facial complexion is a lot more clear with with a pink glow.

I feel pampered when I walk into the salon. In addition to microdermabrasion, I get a nice facial and upper body massage, brow trim, extractions, and soothing mask in 1.5 hrs time. I emerge refreshed.

I just signed up for my second package of 6 facials for the price of one and can't wait for my next appointment!

I usually go to the Joean located on Lafayette. They're open late, and I've never had to wait. I've had pedicures there and signed up for a facial plan

no matter what anyone says negative about Joen the staff is competent and honest. Recently I had money returned to me even before I knew I'd dropped it; and I find if you say no to a sales pitch, your no is respected and you move on with a professional approach to the services you do want

Great value for what you are getting. Joean gives an excellent, relaxing facial. The downside is that the quarters are a bit cramped and if there are many people getting facials someone could literally be right next to you with only a curtain in between. The technicans are very good at what they do, however, they really push on having buy a series of 6 facials in advance.
