Great school. Been going for over a year and the benefits have been great. Confidence, fitness, flexibility... all while learning a great, practical, fun art. I've never been the type to step outside of the box and try something like this - but i'm glad I made the decision to try it out and stick with it.

Just joined for Tai Chi and Kickboxing. Took my first Kung Fu class last week. Sifu Joe's and Si-J's knowledge and teaching style are so helpful and respectful. Great people! I have a blast when I'm there and feel great when I leave. Very inviting and accepting atmosphere. THANK YOU for having your school in Boynton!!!
