Went here today. We found everything we were shopping for. Lady at the counter even gave us a deal that was advertised in store but expired yesterday. Anyway, other than seeming a bit overwhelming, the staff are friendly and knowledgable and the store is laid out well. The only thing that is claustrophobic is the crazy dollar items lining the checkout isle.

This Jo-Ann location is really great! Compared to the Madison Heights location, this one is always fully stocked full of great items. The employees here are also extremely helpful. Every few aisles I see an employee stocking something, or straightening up, and they are always more than happy to answer …

I am at this Jo-ann;s store so much I should have my own parking space! Honestly, this store is wonderful. Nice and spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. The sales can't be beat and I can always find an associate if I need help locating an item.
