I was in the Roseville store for what I expected to be a quick in and out. The whole store had been changed around with the remodel. I finally found the bead dept. and proceeded to look for what I needed. The basic stuff, eye pins and such were not to be found. When I went to the checkout, having stood in line, I told the woman how disappointed I was, and she asked if I looked the next isle...

Horrible customer service. I wont mention a name. I am placing a complaint with head quarters. If you are looking for good customer service you wont find it at this Joann's. Very disappointing. This sales associate should not be in sales/retail. She belongs at home or in a warehouse.

I was there and the guy that helped me was wonderful. His name was Dan. he was friendly and knew what he was talking about. I would go back to have his kind of service. I have been there before and I have to say, he went above and beyond what I expected. thanks
