DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I had the misfortune of getting my oil changed in my Passat at this location. The very next day my engine cover (something they removed and put back on to change the oil) FELL OFF my car. I called Jiffy Lube and they told me, "No problem. Just bring the receipts in and we will reimburse you for all costs." I did just that the very next week after getting everything...
