I used to go there to get my oil changed but over time the service got worse and worse. What used to take 30 minutes started to take close to an hour and a half. They charged me for it even though they did not change my oil filter. The last straw is when i called to ask when they were closing, person on the phone told me one time and when I got there two full hours before that time, they said I would need to come back because it was too late. There were no other customers and I thin he just didn't want to work anymore...

Don't know how to change oil!

I took my car there for the first (and last) time last week. They put the WRONG oil filter on my car, causing my car to lose a fourth of it's oil in half a day (when I noticed the leak).

Since I was in another part of town, I took my car to a different service center, where they told me what the problem was and fixed it for free.

If I had not noticed the leak, my engine could have been ruined.

I returned to this Jiffy Lube the next day. They seemed dumbfounded, and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. They did refund my money, but I will never ever go to a Jiffy Lube again.
