I had Jerry's Chimney service come out before I started using the fireplace and had the clean out. They did a good job and was easy to set up an appointment that was best for me.

over a $100 for cleaning with regular wood but over $200 if it has been burning Duraflame logs. And this is only for 1 story. You can call if you think that is a good deal.
