Stopped in for some advice on safely hanging a large, round, heavy mirror. Staff in framing dept was extremely helpful with ideas and methods.

Paid $33.00 extra for priority shipping ( 2 day priority ) but it didn't arrive for 4 business days! Another problem with this is that the shipping drop down menu only offered this price for shipping. They told me that shipping UPS is cheaper than USPS but again I wasn't given that option. Didn't offer anything to resolve this issue. Be careful when ordering items if your in a rush.
