Very poor customer service. Dont go here If you dont like disrespectful workers. I been going here for years But the new kids that work here are some of the rudest people i ever tried to talk to.
Do not use their service department! We were told that our lawn mower would be fixed in about a week, but it took over a month to get it repaired. Once the repair was completed, they did not even call me to let me know that it was ready. I called to check on the status, and they told me, "It's been ready." They have horrible customer service. I will never use this service department ever again.
