Dr. Fung-Schwartz is a very nice person, but her practice is extremely disorganized, and her treatments and recommendations seem one-size-fits-all and even contradictory in nature. There is zero patient follow-up, even on aspects that were promised, and communication with the office could not be worse. The doctor's receptionist is grouchy, uninformed, and completely unhelpful. Dr. Fung is a genius in her field and an incredible surgeon (I've had a bunionectomy and other minor surgery by her). She is personable and completely thorough. The best!
