I purchased a back sliding glass door, the one that has the blinds between the glass.
I hade the door in installed and notice after that there was a blind in the bottom that was broken and the blinds didnt correctly open or close.
I called Jeld Wen about the problem and It took over 2 weeks to call me back. The company sent a Representative over my house to check out the problem just to tell...
