I felt like i was dealing with the Mafia in trying to get my furniture delivered. In short - they were over 3 hours late for delivery, did not contact us once to give us status, we had to repeatedly call back. We bought a new house and purchased over $3000 worth of quality Ashley and England furniture from Jeff Jones. We are extemely satisfied with the service! They delivered our furniture for free -including set-up in 2 seperate trips. In addition, I ordered Ashley stools for our breakfast bar that were 30" high - actually needing 24" chairs. Jeff was very willing to order the correct height for me...

Beware, No return, no matter what!

Beware of Jeff Jones "No return, no exchange policy." If you take possession of merchandise from Jeff Jones and sign for it, it's yours. New or used, warranty or not Jeff Jones will not stand behind his merchandise, not matter what. You own it! Most other furniture stores will replace a defective or unsatisfactory item. Not Jeff. He may say he will to make the sale. But good luck after the fact!
