Please take warning before going to this salon! If you are not 60-80 years old and looking for a shampoo set please steer clear of this salon. I went in to get a full highlight of my hair and a cut. When I sat down in the chair I explanied to the stylist that I would like my hair lighter and more blonde and asked for more foils to be used. She started doing my hair from the back so I coul not see what was happening. By the time she got the the front I noticed that she had not left any hair our between the foils! I asked her what she was doing ans she said "":this is what you asked...

I go to Wendy at Northfield JC Penny salon. She is really good, she makes sure we both agree on what were doing and tells me what shes doing with color, and it always comes out great. She does my haircuts too, and they grow out nicely. Some people have a bad experience somewhere, and don't go back, I understand. I am that way to sometimes. My stylist is so good though, and everyone there is so nice. I would recommend my stylist to anyone who has had a bad salon experience, she cares, and has taken care of me and my family for years.

This salon has destroyed my hair! I should have known better than to trust JCpenney, but I am new to Denver and thought I would give it a try. There was no one getting their hair done under the age of 65, that should have been my first clue. I asked for a medium brown color to cover my highlights. The woman used a permanant color and my hair turned brassy orange. When I told her that this was unaceptable she said 'Well its not my fault it turned that color. Give it a few days and maybe you will like it.'. I made her color over it with another brown, and it is now purple. It looks...
