I would like to tag a response to Richard's comment. There are always two sides of the story.
That being said, Jane is an expert at what she does. She took a picture of my ideal bridal gown and created a masterpiece. Unlike all the purposed seamstresses, Jane created it without a pattern. She did it in a reasonable timeframe in several fittings to get a custom fit. She listened to my concerns...

My fiancée went to pickup her dress today. She dropped it off over a week ago for alterations. She was told that it would be ready by 10AM. I came to this store looking for a prom dress for my senior prom a couple of months ago. When I went into the store it was small but nice and clean. I have a wedding dress need alterations,I brought it to an alteration shop ,the lady mass up my wedding dress,I was very upset, one of my friend told me take it to Jane's Bridal,Jane fix my wedding dress nicely and fit me perfectly .I recommend everyone to Jane's bridal for alterations.

I got wonderful service. The person there was very nice and helpful. She helped me plan my big day as well as got me a great deal on my wedding dress. She even altered it for me to fit perfectly at a great price. I was very satisfied, and am looking forward to my wedding since she provided me with my perfect wedding dress.
