Hello~

My son was seen on Jan 19 and had blood work done to test whether he had allergies to certain foods. It is March 21 and I have not received the results of the lab work. I have received the bill, no results and have called over five time to get them. I am still waiting and will make a complaint to my insurance company next.

Wait times typically lasting two hours total. During our last appointment, Dr. Liggion wasn't even in the office until 11 am and our appointment was for 9:30 am!
