I live in a rental unit that contracted Jaguar Heating and Air. Overall I would say that they provided excellent service. They stayed in communication and my unit was complete in 3 visits. 1 visit was to give an estimate 2 visit to have unit delivered and the 3rd visit to install. I can't speak on rates but as far as service I was pleased.

Great service, very friendly and got the job done ! Highly recommend . Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quick gave me a few options, and I felt he really listened to my needs , and have me the best solution . Ask for Mustapha very professional and you will not be disappointed

The technician, Mustafa just left my home. I had a problem with heat not coming on. He came out the very next day after my call. He gave me a small window of arrival. Called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very polite and helpful, clean cut, nice truck and best of all he fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. I was surprised that the charge was so low.
