I give this particular store in Douglasville high reviews. I am a detective and frequent the Douglasville store. I am always treated like a friend first and customer second. This is why Jackson music in Douglasville has my business . One man that has always treated me with respect is Robert Gager ! He takes time to not only sell me the product but explains how to use it. I spend my money there...

This is as close as you can get to a full-service music store. Stop in the store on a Friday or Saturday and witness professional musicians preparing for weekend gigs. Come in early in the week and meet the guitar repair guy who shows up on Tuesdays. They stock instruments for the expert and the novice.

I was recently in this store and wanted to purchase a new guitar for a gig that was coming up. The associates were not trained at all. When I go to a store of any kind, I expect that the people working there to be an expert or neaar it in the products they sell. NOT HERE!!!! I asked a few simple questions and was treated like a piece of trash. The instruments were VERY over priced and not maintained at all. I left that store and went to the local Sam Ash and purchased the exact Gibson guitar for $224.31 cheaper and spoke with great people who were willing to answer any questions I had. The...
