I have lived here for quite a while. The complex has gone through some ups and downs. The maintenance person is very nice. The apartments are decent size, but quite a few of the tenants don't seem to really respect the property. There are some challenges with litter, shopping carts, and just general disrespect of common areas. I've never felt like I wasn't safe here, and it certainly feels...
