Set on charming West 10th Street, this diminutive coffee house is a real local gem, as West Villagers regularly congregate inside and outside to gossip about neighborhood happenings. Jack, the owner, is often among them. The coffee here is a cut above and milk is automatically frothed. Treats include locally sourced cookies and scones.

Great coffee but not a good operation at this location. Store posts a 7PM CLOSING time. We arrived at 6:15 - they literally kicked us out and said they were closed. The woman behind the counter said she "shut down" her register and wouldn't allow us a simple 5 minute purchase. Very disappointing. This happened on 5/22/19.
