Very bad service. He left the carpet soaking wet. He scratched all our corner walls with the pulling of the machine and all the stains appeared and looks worse.

Horrible job, made stain worse and not very professional. Had to clean up after him, water all over kitchen, hall and garage. Talks on the phone the whole time and invited a friend over while working. Had a stereo go missing from the garage while he was over.
