Funny thing..... The service tech requires a 2 hour window to show up. But once they arrive he will not wait more than 2 minutes for you to finish a phone call, to do the warranty work. Never again

This business has the WORST customer service ever. Buyer Beware! You anyone else that you can for appliance service. These folks have a surly technician. They did an appliance repair for me--which did not solve the problem. Then they completely refused to stand behind their work--AND treated me horribly on the phone (including multiple hang-ups).
