I have been a patient of Dr Oustatchers for over 20 years. He is professional and caring. He explains everything as he is doing it. Easy to talk to and good listener. I now live an hour away from his office and still travel to see him. His staff is very accommodating and caring

When I called to make an appointment, I inquired about a complimentary consultation, which I was told would be provided. It was not. Despite the office staff's error, they billed me for the fee and threatened to go to collection if I didn't pay. The consultation was about 7 minutes long. His limited info or interest in my dental needs did not leave me feeling confident about the service,...
