Johnny responded quickly and gave us a good price. Got what we paid for. Seams are visible throughout the house. There are several places where plastic (backing of the carpet?) is sticking up out of the floor. The installers got adhesive on our tile and on the wall. This is a first class company - Johnny and his team are true professionals. They were courteous, results-oriented, efficient, hard working, and the final work product was beautiful.
