I had to give in and go to the dealership. Of course if you don't have an appointment you have to wait for them to fit you in. They seem to never have time to do what you need done my battery for my on star system burnt out because I had a bad battery been there four times and received all kind of excuses why they can't do it either cone back tomorrow or we don't do that on saturday

I purchased two vehicles from Ivory Chevrolet only to be refinanced into two new vehicles because of problems with the Malibu's that were purchased.
