I got a boat in storage at iStorage in Decatur on 14th Street. They're always friendly and pleasant and the facilities are always clean. It's been a great experience.

iStorage Decatur on 14th Street was very convenient. I had 24-hour access and the facility was neat. I had a climate controlled unit and I never had any problems with bugs, roaches, mice. My furniture went in and came out just as before. The employees were very courteous and really, overly friendly. I had a really good experience and if I had to have another storage space, I would go back to them.

Everything about iStorage Decatur - 14th Street has been pretty decent. The cleanliness is good. The facilities seem well protected. On a whole, it is a good place to rent storage space.

The only thing is that I find them to be a little extreme on the late fees. I am out of town a lot for work, so I sometimes can't get there in time to pay my bill. Often times, too, I will be somewhere...

I discovered iStorage Decatur - 14th Street from passing them by. The experience has been good. I didn't use them for too long, but everything and everyone was excellent. The facilities were clean. The security was excellent. I think it's a good place to use when you need storage. I would recommend them.
