Highly dangerous place to call home

My sister has been living at these apartments for a little less than a year now. The homeless sneak in the doors that are not locked and roam freely in the building even though all residents are required to check in the front door and all guests have to sign in with the front attendants. They have security cameras that are faulty and some of them don't even work. Two days ago on March ninth her boyfriend was attacked by a homeless man in the hallway. The attack ended up outside where he put Chris in a choke hold and bit into his face, arms, and leg. Nobody stopped to help even though there...

I have live at this place for 2 years now. This is downtown, of course you are gonna see things that the normal person doesn't like and it is only common sense, it will leak into the apartment complex. The staff work very hard, and i have found them to be fair. I didn't like the rent increase, but i guess thats life. The rent is still cheaper than anywhere else downtown, which is why it's affordable housing, hence, all the paperwork. You have to do it when you move in and every year after that and if your not hiding anything, it's easy!!! There are pests in this world, i know its hard for...
