My insurance company contacted them to provide a restoration estimate for my items damaged in a flood - they never responded to my phone messages, nor did they respond to my claims adjuster for several days - and, their prices were HIGH-er than a kite - yikes.......$900 just to pick up a dining table, 1 chair (should have been 6 but they only wrote the estimate for one), and 1 small wood table.

Don't know....they may do excellent work. I wouldn't know! When I emailed them to get an estimate for a small job, they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Apparently, they don't want to bother with small items.
