The office staff is unresponsive and there is one maintenance person for multiple properties. So response time to any request takes multiple inquiries and weeks to respond, if at all. We paid for an extra parking stall which was never enforced so our stall was always occupied. Then received notification that we owed 10 months worth of parking fees eventhough they processed payment every month....

Yikes! I DON'T RECOMMEND LIVING AT IRON BIRD LOFTS! I lived on the property for a year and I couldn't wait to move. They lost my pet deposit after I had been living there for 10 months then...
