Absolutely the worst apartment experience. First they leased my apartment out from under me so I had to move across the complex--they gave me 1 day to do so. I move into the "new" place and its riddled with bugs, broken/damaged fixtures, and sub-par appliances. Management is unprofessional and doesn't care about the livability of this complex. I unfortunately have to live here for a full year...

There are plenty of other actually decent apartment complexes that are just as close to TWU and UTSW. Don't live here.

Go look at the google reviews for this place. They will give you an accurate rating and idea of why you shouldn't live here. Every person I have talked to and most of the reviews I see mention the cockroach infestation there. It's not just the first floor. It's every floor and the bug guy that they bring it doesn't stop them. Please don't live here. Don't support this apartment complex.

Just unprofessional managment staff. Be carefull when you need to do the check-out: they will add you a lot of money for cleaning and paint. Plus they will find always something that you need to pay just to increase their business. Don t go there!
