I was an employee for Interface Security Systems, the company is a good one it's just the mangement there is not good. I was suspended with out any reason no write up's or anything. The so called Operation Manager Karl, was one of the problems their he has no idea on what's goin on. GM Rex Owens who is very unprofessional about his job he as a complex about Black people he fills that the are a threat to him because he dnt like to b told that he is wrong. I have an ademco vista 10SE that was already mounted in my home. The phone needed to be wired up, door sensor replaced, and a radio backup added. These items have now cost me over $480 in instalation charges, with 3 sevice calls to get this done. {one was only required}. I'm mentally and physically disabled. I have only $1,000 a month to live off of. Plus I've been without a car for a year because it needs expensive repairs. This company has set me back over 3 months towards getting my car fixed. They scam their customers for sevice fees, they dont honor their contract or vebal agreements,...

Read the fine print. before you sign up for services. Thought I was agreeing to a one year contract but found out it is 5 years when I tried to switch to a different system.

Pros

+ Sales rep is attenttive until contract is signed.
